In honour of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Permanent Neutrality, the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, the Central Council of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan and the Magtymguly Youth Organisation, in partnership with ES” TMT Consulting Group”, are pleased to announce the launch of the startup competition “Turkmenistan – Land of Opportunities.” The competition will focus on two key areas: Information Technologies and Food Security.

Purpose of the Competition: to support the innovative ideas of younger generation, promote the development of the digital economy, enhance national food security, and strengthen the country’s export potential under the brand “Made in Turkmenistan.”

Who Can Participate?

Senior school students, University students, teachers, entrepreneurs, startup teams, representatives from the IT and agricultural sectors

 Competition Stages:

• Project Submission: by 22 October 2025, interested candidates must submit their startup projects to the Ashgabat Committee of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

• Training Stage: masterclasses for semi-finalists on startup management and project pitching, delivered by experienced professionals.

• Final Stage: on 25 November 2025, finalists will present and defend their projects, followed by an awards ceremony for the winners.

Awards: Certificates of honour, valuable prizes presented by ES” TMT Consulting Group”, advisory and support opportunities to assist in the development of winning projects, including guidance on attracting investment.
