Road renovation works are continuing in the northern region of Turkmenistan. In Boldumsaz etrap, a section of the road leading to the “Zähmetkeş” farmers’ association is undergoing reconstruction. Approximately 1.5 kilometres of roadway have already been refurbished, and aspha paving is currently under way.

Similar works are being carried out in rural areas of the Boldumsaz and Akdepe etraps, as well as in the city of Dashoguz. This year, specialists plan to implement a substantial volume of road projects across the region.

The velayat’s well-developed transport infrastructure contributes to the steady growth of freight and passenger traffic.
