Turkmenistan has invited Germany to cooperate in promoting eco-friendly textile products on the European market. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Nokerguly Atagulyyev during the Days of Economy of Turkmenistan in Germany, held on October 30–31 in Frankfurt am Main.

According to the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, approximately 60 modern enterprises equipped with cutting-edge equipment currently operate in the country's textile industry, with up to 70% of production exported.

Atagulyyev emphasized that Turkmenistan intends to increase the sector's export potential and is interested in direct cooperation with German engineering companies to introduce new technologies and install high-tech equipment in their new production facilities.
