Trade between Turkmenistan and China reached USD 8.34 billion in the period from January to October 2025, according to China’s General Administration of Customs.

Turkmenistan’s exports accounted for the majority of this figure, totalling USD 7.06 billion, largely driven by pipeline natural gas supplies.

During the same period, Turkmenistan imported Chinese goods worth approximately USD 1.28 billion.
